Refund policy

At The Plant Connector, we take great pride in providing healthy, beautiful plants and quality goods. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. 

Workshops are non refundable. 

Plants

  • We do not accept returns on plants unless they arrive damaged or fail to thrive.
  • If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it by emailing a photo to emilee@theplantconnector.com.
  • We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Other Goods

  • Returns are accepted on all non-plant items within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but items may also be returned in person at our shop locations.
