Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We want your shopping experience at The Plant Connector to be as smooth as possible.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Purchases

• If you’ve signed up for a recurring purchase or subscription, you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
• Please log into your account or contact us at emilee@theplantconnector.com to make changes.

Custom & Special Orders

• Custom orders, workshops, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
