At The Plant Connector, we aim to get your plants and goods to you quickly, safely, and sustainably.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
Sustainable Packaging
- As part of our commitment to sustainability, we prioritize reusing packaging materials generously dropped off by our community.
- This means your order may arrive in a box from another brand — but rest assured, it’s packed with care and your items are safe inside!
Local Delivery
- For customers within a 10-mile radius of our shop, we offer local delivery. $10 for Orders under $75 and all orders above are free.
- For Locations over a 10 Mile Radius we deliver only on Friday mornings with the same fee structure
Shipping Beyond 10 Miles
- All other deliveries are shipped out on Friday mornings.
- Transit times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within a few business days.
